Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Holix Factory Inc. (the "Company") and users regarding the use of Pacemakers (the "Service").
Article 2 (Company Information)

Article 3 (Membership)
Users apply for membership by providing their email address. The Company approves applications in principle.
Article 4 (Service Provision)
The Company provides the following services: 1. AI-Powered Schedule Coaching: Provides personalized schedule management coaching by analyzing the user's calendar and task data. 2. Content Delivery Services: Automatically generates and delivers various content including stock market analysis, news briefings, and vocabulary learning. 3. AI Coaching Engine: Provides AI coaching through 1:1 chat and voice conversations. Use of the Service may require integration with external services such as Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, and Microsoft To Do. In such cases, the terms of service of those external services also apply. User consent is obtained before integrating external services, and users may disconnect the integration at any time. The Service uses AI (large language models) to analyze user data and generate personalized responses. Data used for AI analysis is processed in real-time and is not stored by the AI provider.
Article 5 (Service Suspension)
The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance and will notify users in advance.
Article 6 (Account Termination)
Members may request account termination at any time, and the Company will process it immediately.
Article 7 (Prohibited Activities)
Members must not: • Steal others' information • Interfere with service operations • Use for illegal purposes
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is exempt from liability when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's fault.
Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)
Disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction in the court of the Company's location.
